RE:RE:RE:RE:No Reverse Stock Split. Why?

RE:RE:RE:RE:No Reverse Stock Split. Why?Curious,
Just pulled this from the corporate presentation, it states the amount of institutional investment vs retail.

As an investor RSS doesnt really concern me all that much.   If it was say restructuring for a bad reason I would be concerned but restructuring to create growth opportunities and realize the full potential of the investment is not really a bad thing.   If you keep an eye on the prize which is revenue generation from mining then financing construction somehow has to happen.   I remember looking at Marathon gold at 25 cents a share just a few years back and thinking it would be a good idea to get in but I let it pass and now they are are $3.25 which I consider to be an accurate price point given the quality of the asset.

I am a value investor so I consider hammerdown an under appreciated asset by a wide margin so whether the stock price is 1 cent a share or 1 dollar a share the main metrics I worry about are the grades and economics of the project and the market cap relative to NPV. At some point the company will hit a tipping point where investors will recognize that value and come to the table and give the asset a fair market value which will at that stage be reflected in the share price.  Until then I see a buying opportunity.
