RE:RE:Numercothe good thing in all of this  is that some people could re-enter  at a 50% off value (from the highs). UEX stopped right at the Bollinger Band  and then reversed.With  a falling market in general  the prospects of an accelerated uptrend are small as long  as  CCO and U/UN  and the other ETFs are still on the slope downwards.
