if Daymak wants to take control of distribution, then the cost is on them.... are only cost is to get them to Daymak.

Daymak will have way better strategic distribution already in place with freight agreements, and they will dictate the overall sell price of the Smartwalls after considering their freight factor to get the units to the consumer.

simple.... This is a great deal and arrangment for ACDC
