Longs know this is a dteal here and arent sellers.. unless we are flipping 19 for 21 etc.. that happens until it doesnt.... eventually the flips arent profitable because u buy higher than it sold for when it goes... I know you like to see instant results but for some of us we have been stuck down here for the better part of a year.. all good.. im not getting 17 never alone 13...
