The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

SMHRosen has no intention for this company to be successful. He is giving himself latte enemas on our dime. I'm sure he has shorted it the whole way down and will soon disappear and leave the company in the hands of the same questionable, incompetent people that put the company in this position from the gate. He isn't selling it off because its his vehicle to line his own pockets. Wake up people.
