Worth holding?

Have had this one in a old RRSP for years now. Would have sold it long ago if I could get a ca[pital loss on it.

Cannot even remember what made me buy it and I have no idea if its worth holding on to. When you look at the lifetime chart it sure looks like just another Canadian smallcap going out of business.
