There's a positive side to all of this as well - many acquisitions lately and likely able to streamline employees that way.  Faster equipment will reduce the numbers needed as we get more efficient.

Maybe that's why some of those jobs are pretty old - didn't need to fill but willing to  look at cadidates as they come in ... looking for the best of the best if they apply.

Just some thoughts about where this company is going with streamlining all the acquisitions and new technology available to them. 

Much more efficient and higher margins (IMO) !!!
