WED1212 you are very correct, NXO sold an old asset from pre 2016 when they were a mining company. NXO strategically sold the property to fund their technology developments without having to dilute the stock which is a major positive move for shareholders.

As you know WED1212 all material news has to be posted for publicly traded stocks so even though the release spoke to the disposition of the property, because it was an asset there had to be a material release as per immm you know ...law.

So great find WED1212!!!
