Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. Excellent question.. In the past year there have been guesses on the board of from $4 to $ 10 per share. (These however were before the financing which doubled the number of shares.)

Probably around $5 would get you to 1B fully diluted

I am not sure but maybe if we asked George to do another financing and have more shares out , the value could go up to 2B ??
