He sold between Aug 9 and 13 for approx $33.7M. SP was $28.89 to $30.79
SP fell to $22.81 on August 20

He bought between Dec 6 and 10, for between $19.84 and $20.64 for a total of $28.76M
I didn’t count his # of shares bought/sold.
