The chairman which you are referring to, Lukas Lundin, has had an amazing year both for himself, the Lundin family and for many shareholders. This year Filo mining is up more than 500%, NGEX more than 200%, Denison Mines more than 100%, Africa Oil, Lunding Energy and Josemaria all more than 70% and so on.
So not sure what you are trying to imply?
