RE:New Announcement about Oxides Project

RE:New Announcement about Oxides Project Jumpenin,

Interesting article on EMIPA.  Maybe the OSP project schedule will be advanced from the current timeline in management's presentation.

The investment case for Orvana is crystal clear.

The Don Mario OSP is a 110,000 gold equivalent ounce producer for 3 years and that is equivalent to Fortuna Silver’s Lindero mine producing for 3 years, except that Orvana doesn’t need to build a $300 million USD mine in Argentina  to get that production. Orvana only needs to invest a trivial $20 million USD added to their existing infrastructure in Bolivia to achieve that production level.

Thereafter, Don Mario has a tailings recovery project that is equivalent GoGold’s Parral  project in Mexico with 30,000 gold equivalent ounces of production for the following 7 years using the same infrastructure and process flow sheet as the Don Mario OSP.

Notice that the design copper recovery is 70.3 percent at Don Mario OSP and TSF, and the design copper recovery at Parral was 45 percent and only 14.7 percent at Lindero.  That is because those latter two projects are cyanide heap leach with SART plants to recover copper from the PLS.

Don Mario OSP will be an acid leach in tanks followed by solvent extraction and electrowinning to recover pure copper metal followed by a cyanide leach to recover gold, silver, and copper
Copper production levels at Don Mario should be about 10x copper production at Lindero, while Don Mario TSF should be at around 4x Parral’s annual copper production.
