I'm no expert on requirements for these types of filing issues. I'm really basing all of my assumptions and thoughts on what we hear second hand from SUN. 

I think they owe their share holders some transparency and honesty. Whatever they can legally tell their share holders needs to be said. Enough with the smoke and mirrors and bad estimates on timelines. Send out an email or schedule a call and clear the air. I just want the truth. 

I have been hearing about a clear path to trading again. It's obviously not as simple as they throught. That's fine, but give us the whole picture not just pieces of the puzzle.

They have managed to open the Toronto store and start selling their products in Canada. That's great news and I applaud them for it. Now finish the job and talk to your share holders openly and honestly.
