RE:RE:RE:Loophole?dieseldave, You put outsome guesswork there. Just because you have a patent does not mean it can't be improved later.
Mineworx holds some of those patents.
Here are two facts to prove what I said above.
First, Duane Nelson himself admits in his own News Release that his reagent is not good enough to do the job well enough on it's own. He says the gold has to be pretreated with the AlbionProcess™ (supplied by Glencore Technology) first.
He says, "
our eco-friendly
reagent has the
potential to
add significant value."
[ Duane Nelson, EnviroMetal (ETI) CEO comments, "The high recovery results on the material pretreated with the AlbionProcess™ could lead to the application of our technology for the treatment of refractory gold ores.
Duane Nelson goes on to say, "Glencore Technologies is the global leader in oxidative atmospheric leaching technologies and our eco-friendly reagent has the potential to add significant value. This combination or fusion of technologies has the potential to emerge as an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative for the treatment of difficult-to-process refractory gold concentrates." ]
Before I give fact # 2, do understand that ETI was spun out from Mineworx. Then it was called "Iberian Minerals Ltd". The News Release says,:
"Iberian Minerals Ltd. said Dec. 14 that its board approved a plan of arrangement for the proposed spinout of its X-Leach reagent technology
to EnviroLeach Technologies Inc., a new company formed to continue the research and development of X-Leach."
https://www.spglobal.com/marketintelligence/en/news-insights/trending/ticazghait3tccf9fitu-g2 Second fact:
On Mineworx website they show how they proceded to develope there own proprietary tecnology. Both the chemistry side and the process side for Mineworx’s precious metal recovery business.
Here's Mineworx research report that shows step by step how Mineworx developed it's own tecnology.
This from the report: "Another member of the team has a Masters in Analytical Chemistry from Youngstown State University Today
the R&D team has five full time staff who contribute a deep knowledge of chemical engineering, process engineering and analytical chemistry."
https://www.mineworx.net/research/ Here's a fact I didn't think of till now. Your PH7 tech company is doing a pilot plant now. Well MWX has a completed pilot plant, and it is successfully extracting palladium and platinum from it's pilot plant right now in Tennessee. In a relatively short time from now, MWX will report on the process in one or more media form
