RE:RE:RE:RE:Canadian Convicted for Pump-and-Dump Securities Fraud

RE:RE:RE:RE:Canadian Convicted for Pump-and-Dump Securities FraudThe manipulation plan (nice word for pump & dump scheme) was obvious by TheRealcanaDude; it failed miserably:
  1. To Perform a reverse-split to have a higher-priced stock.
  2. THEN Pump it again just to be safe and have volume.
  3. THEN Do yet another offering to raise the cash needed.
Steps 2-3 failed miserably because the scheme was exposed by decent investors and the investors themselves educated themselves about the boiler room scheme
And then the loop was supposed to go on and on and on and on. Until one day, the SEC notices what they’re doing and prosecute/delist them.  or the company goes insolvent, receivership, taken over by debt holders as private by debt holders OR receivership
