the CFO said at the recent conference on Nov 19th, that "john chen said one way or the other and we have to let shareholders know by ER"

I'm reading that as sale or no sale(walk away). What english do you speak?

BTW they just terminated the account of the youtube channel that was hosting this CFO conference video. BB going after these channels because they are now legally in trouble if they don't show something by ER....all cought on video conference call. This is a legal matter now.
