RE:RE:Nothing Has Changed Here...LOL   Fbedard:

I do apologize if I mistakenly mistook the words that you wrote in French as the message conveyed by Mr. Hinse to shareholders at the annual Abcourt meeting. But I had understood that you had attended the meeting and were attempting to convey what had been discussed. Pardon me, if a google translater poorly portrays your French to English translation.

And since I did not receive the proxy, I had assumed that Mr. Mestrallet had been nominated and elected to the position as Chairman of the board. Someone had mentioned on this forum that Mr. Mestrallet was about to be nominated to that position. This may have been false as well? I also wrongly assumed that Mr. Hinse would no longer sit as a company director as a consequence of his resignation. This may have been a naive assumption to make.

But it is apparent to me that you, like Mr. Hinse, have little appreciation for the need to best promote the company to the widest shareholder base which also includes all English speaking persons. So I am very glad that you refused the offer of a position on the Board of Directors which you wrote that you had been offered in the past. If this is true, you are certainly not qualified for that position. You made the right decision!

Now I also assume that the annual vote just rubber stamped the former management and board positions and so 'nothing has changed here...LOL'  So am I, so completely wrong?

No one wants to read any false narrative. So perhaps it is time for a better public relations effort from the company to provide the investment community with all the truth.

No one likes to eat crow. It doesn't taste very good!

I do hope that we soon receive better and more reliable news in the future.

                                                         All the best! Java
