The problem with overvalued stocks

Shorts are just waiting the right time to kill some stocks overvalued, look to TOST last September, IPO at 40.00 (was supposed at 30.00) jump in one day to 65.00, second wave to 69.00 and shorted last week to 30.69. It's always the same pattern, get in the first day, take your profit and wait out. Yes LSPD was overvalued, with a loss of 59M last quarter, anyway all the sector drops, that mean, all was way overvalued.
