Does anyone really understand the Chinese/VPT arrangement or whatever you want to call it? Every time the subject comes up, George seems to skirt around the issue.

Has anyone seen anything in writing explaining the Chinese/VPT arrangement in detail?

Only thing I can say is too many deals with Chinese involvement have gone bust including a couple I had shares in -- never to be seen again. I would be much happier without a Chinese connection - but at this point it is what it is until we hear further.
