Lou, i believe Wyloo does what Wyloo does during this bidding war because they do not trust BHP and in particular do not trust the Noront board. These non binding offers may be in Wyloo's eyes, a way to get The Noront board across the table with their lawyers to draft something on paper that Noront cannot misconstrue what the offer is actually intended to say. As you know , one wrong, or misunderstood word could lead to something unintended. Maybe Wyloo is just being super cautious and want the Noront board to understand exactly what is being offered in the $1.10 bid. The cautious part is probably to do more with the ability for shareholders to stay in the "New Noront " than it is to do with the $1.10 price. 

This is obviously just one shareholders opinion and not necessarily the gospel truth. I also believe that there are very few people who know EXACTLY what is going on and where all sides mindset is at. I do know for a fact, that I personally have not sold a single NOT share yet.
