What the people sued revealed was that they found Reliq's software code, even with its earlier imperfections, good enough to try to steal. Had Lisa not agreed to settle, it was likely the people sued were headed for both a judgment against them and a likely prison term. I've suspected that sometimes the toxic posts on this site come from disgruntled associates of those who tried to steal the code and start a competing firm. 

And it's really time to put the name-caller on ignore.
