If I say if Stifel had any indication of a take over of EGT ("that circle is getting tighter all the time" JH) the rating they gave months ago at the same valuation is now the same with new news???

Perhaps they are holding down hype or re-rate due the "THE TAKEOVER"

I think it will happen, when is the question as well as after what stock moves on new news?
