Couple of Questions for KozmoT et al
1. Do you own any shares of PHD?

2. Considering your claim that the company is worthless, can do you explain why the price does not go down to zero?

In my experience, companies that are worthless, are, well, worthless, and the stock price reflects that. PHD is able to maintan a price floor of 6 cents. 

If the company is worthless, why doesn't the stock price reflect that?
