WONDER if AC regrets the decisions they made about refunds

They did not offer refunds for a very long tima and told alot of people they dont get one.

Now here we are back in the situation again where flights will more than likely get canceled becuase of COVID or not enough flyers

Do you think everyone remmbers how they got screwed for a refund last time?
