Salmon…. Thanks for all your posts and calculations !
You said in your last post "small chance " of denial still on the table this is true in theory but I believe risk is mitigated somewhat by the threat of law suit against gov t
I don't think govt wants to be sued for 100s of millions in damages as we have a real case and previous case In our favor that was not appealed by govt stating we were not treated fairly !
also the reason I have held on to my shares we have the rights to the minerals even with denial in the past so that is worth something at least close to where we are now ... I always figured it would be mined and permitted for the minerals but doubted if I would see it or my great great great grandkids would see it lol ...
but I did almost lose it when some one else staked the ground and claimed it bc BKM did not file papers !!!
but I think the fact gold commissioner cut a break / section 17 order rescinded / 30 million set aside in BC budget for mine damages / BC new agreement with First Nation / Weaver speaking on floor mentioning Booker as unfair process and new mining law all point to a perfect slow progressing story that was put in place to Right a wrong done 9 years ago ...
I envision
permit out right
permit with conditions to prove certain data points that confirm data is the same now as they were in 2012 / 2015 as our data they are making decision on is old
permit with admission of wrong doing by govt (but they won't say it like that ) accepting small compensation with agreement that we won't sue for more damages like 100 million more !
