Ok, they spin

Ok, they spin
But why and for how long? The video I saw shows some, not all, spinning and at various speeds, like someone walked by and manually spun them for the video.

Tells me the hydro isn't hooked up yet. In addition, I would be worried about water and moisture getting into the motors at the bottom of the pole. Still trying to figure out how the wter gets there and where the overflow goes when it spins.

When these start breaking down, it'll be a nightmare.
