RE:Trading activity since 42.5 cent deal closure with insider..Quite eye-opening Tom. Thx.
Virtually ALL the buying is Retail houses. Virtually ALL selling is our friend "Anonymous".
At first glance 15.4M shares dumped, but allowing for some back and forth (foul?) play, it's still
down a net 10.3M shares!
I wonder what light
Spectral can share on exactly who the seller might be and why?
They would know for sure, who it is. Often a public Company will comment on
who or why a single entity may be selling.
Also ODD that this massive transfer (accompanying the SP drop) coincides with the AGP Bought Deal financing.
Also ODD that most of the news (I would arge) has been positive in that time period:
- "Tigris outsomes "exceeding expectations",
- imminent increases due to more hospitals, use of SOFA now.
- more& more links between Covid 19 and Sepsis (see Kellum/Ronco discussion)
- more RWE (e.g. see latest posted article Koreans recommend PMX for EAA>.54)
- battle for Home Dialysis heating up (the Billion $ titans will need more weapons)
- only insider buying, no insider selling
But as you say, very little of he story and the news is trickling to the all important US market.
(not intended as "golden hour" humour)

PS: Most of my group uses TD so that part makes sense to me. We are ALL BUYERS
About 30 % are still a bit hesitant (nibbling only). They tend to be more SP followers vs the type that will base their
buys on data and research. A few of those are more technical traders, and will jump on board when there is
hard evidence that we have turned the corner for good. Of the 70% (the buyers in the .20s and .30's)
I would say about 1/2 still have dry powder, while the others are done accumulating.

Good morning friends. Below is a full report of trading activity since the "deal closure" on July 27 2021. I've bullet pointed a few factual ( as always ) comments to help provide "color".
* Paradigm Capital, the orgainizer in the last two financings ( 60 cents with half 75 cent warrants and 42.5 cent with half 50 cent warrants ALL CAD ) is the former employer of our acting CEO
* The most recent deal was a FULL 10M CAD bought deal ALL done with AGP here in the US.
* The share price dove significantly both before and after the 10M bought deal was done
* Since the deal was closed on July 27, NO insider activity has taken place and Paradigm has not purchased a single share under their house #16 name
* Paradigm did sell 87K shares just a day or two before the 15 cent 52 weak low was applied to the stock. Paradigm's sell of 87K was done at ~25 cents CAD.
* US trading remains a LARGE disappointment as the news from EDT STILL does NOT make it's way to the US market. It has been more than 5 years since NR's have been available to the US market as a proper attachment to the ticker symbol. trading on the EDTXF symbol here in the US remains primarily
SHORT
