For all "normal" PVG shareholders

For all "normal" PVG shareholdersThere are tons of legal text in different SEDAR filings released by PVG yesterday about the voting.

Keep cool ! Normal PVG shareholders will receive voting material by their broker or bank where they hold their PVG shares. Wait for this voting material and when you have received it (probably during holdiday time) please vote "NO".

In most cases this will be possible to do digitally, with your computer or smart phone. But you can do it also in classic written form by sending back your "NO" vote form from the broker on the post way in the return envelope.

If doing it digitally make sure that you complete the voting process, not only by checking the "NO" vote box but also by sending the vote out in a next step. After you had sent your vote out digitally, you usually receive an email confirmation by your broker, that your vote was received.

It is very important to vote "NO" to this stink price offer attempt. Every vote which is not send out is indirectly counted as a "YES" vote. The basis of the voting result is counted only on votes received. They need to have 66.66% "yes" votes in the pot of the received votes to bring this scam through.

Those PVG institutionals, who own also big parts of "Newcrest" and who are perhaps the figures in the background for this cheating of PVG shareholders, will vote for sure with "yes". But if all retail shareholders, vote "NO" there will be enough votes to stop this scam. There are also some reasonable institutional PVG shareholders, who do not own big parts of that "lame total return duck, Newcrest", and they will vote with "NO" to this much too low price.

EVERY NO VOTE  COUNTS, BUT ONLY IF IT IS DONE !!!

WAIT FOR MESSAGE OF YOUR BROKER FOR THE VOTING... AND THEN DO IT.
