Which makes me curious about that 2nd announced location, because the Kirkfield hotel is located in that area. 



Total Speculation on my part:
Crestview Place (shopping mall) would be my guess. It ticks many of the boxes that DN uses when determining locations (close to a MLCC, high traffic, banking close by). 
I know that a Tokyo Smoke is/was located in that mall. I'm not sure if it still is.

I doubt if this location would effect the Kirkfield Hotel at all.
