Is Ontario Deliberately Fudging Their Positivity Rate ?????Tuesday, Ontario reported 3,453 positive results after conducting 49,285 tests.  I don't have a doctorate in mathematics, but by my calculations, 3453 out of 49,285 is SEVEN percent.  Why is Ontario reporting it as a 9.9 percent positivity rate ?

Monday's percentage rate was bogus as well - W T F  Ontario ?????
