The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

RE:MorningstarJust a guess  but maybe Morningstar, with it's experience and access to info, estimates that any successfull transaction with a " bidder ", will provide enough in the bid to cover the liabilities of Harte  with 3 cents paid to current shareholders....that should mean a " bid " of over $200 million for the whole nine yards...OR  it could mean a fair value of about $ 330 million ( about 1.1 billion shares outstanding times 3 cents per share ) which would translate to about 14-15 cents per share....am I close  OR  way off ?  reaching for straws here...  any other guesses
