IPGutcsi, 60 days is normally the earliest a CAFC decision is issued after an oral hearing with 90 days being the average turnaround. With our Apple hearing being in October, it's possible we might have a CAF decision issued this month but January is more likely. We also might see a slippage to early February dues to the holiday season. Bottomline, there's nothing nefarious to be read into a CAFC decision not being issued in December.
