I agree, Larry did a good job in building a solid foundation in the past 4 years, but for the next step it takes someone new, who has a clear, big vision and ideas how to increase product offering to make this a company which can achieve in the next 3 years 100mio+ total revenue - Larry won't be this person, regrettably!

He is still caught in his pseudo forbes500 prime customers thinking accepting low revenue instead of thinking how can this company create drastical revenue growth by mass adoption and what needs to be done to get there, which would be in best interest for the company and shareholders!
