The people against the buyout are people who will sell at 0.50 cents or $ 0.75 cents for god sake. You are talking to people who day trade the stock for pennies. Do you think these people are going to wait for THRM to hit # 5-10 or whatever number? they are selling for 2-3 cents gain. Ofcourse if there is an exciting dollar number on the table, Fia will go for it. Is he going to extend his one room office, get himself a warehouse, a laboratory, hire administrators, employees accountants etc... He is a business man, he know his price.
Why others who already get FDA failed beside Abbott? Why CBDT and others failed to deliver to their shareholders even with an authorization to sell their products?
I will ask a question to the board, How much do you think the share price will gain even if we got the FDA? People were asking why there was No sales in Europe? I tell you why, because Fia didn't want to commit to anyone in case the Americans want the whole cake and not a piece of the pie.
