It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

That mine will be a Palladium mine, with a significant Copper byproduct.   Platinum  and gold are secondary byproducts that make up like 10% or less of the revenue.  They've pre-sold essentially all the gold, and a quarter of the platinum, for about a third of the capital to build the mine.  Sounds to me like a smart move that will make financing the other 2/3 much easier.  Your mileage may vary, but the market reaction is hugely positive.
