Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

Okay: January 25 'special' meeting.

1) Likely at bog-dogg's wiener hut; second choice "House of the Rising Sun #2"; and yes, under a dribbling rock roof near the Sugar Cube Zone.

2) What is it about? Probably about how to Fkkcc minority shareholders but maybe about electing board members for the new Gulag oversight committee; maybe about a potental joint venture; maybe just to sell the whole shoot'n match... really don't know, but it's a fun mystery at the moment. (my money is on something mundane but still hoping for $100 per share buyout... well maybe $99)

And I am curious where will the meeting be held= at the 1900' level or in the beer parlour?

I suspect that it wont be good news - and thus will be announced /approved where almost no shareholders will be present.

If the PALA players are flying to Yerington = what a waste of $$$= however maybe they can do it by zoom?

NGU= should we not have a contest as to what is going to be announced on the 25th??
