RE:RE:RE:RE:BHP deal terminatedPeople are getting ahead of themselves. There's a discussion on Agoracom on what happens with the 10% holdouts. We have yet to vote on the Arrangement where 2/3 support of all shareholders AND a majority of the "minority" shareholders need to agree to the deal. What evidence is there that Wyloo has the votes? I can't wait to read the Agreement. Would the table turn on Wyloo if the our shares trade above $1.10? The question remains: is our $250-$600 billion reserve worth $1.10?
