RE:Final Closing /Amended Terms of Acquisition of Tozmoz Assets

RE:Final Closing /Amended Terms of Acquisition of Tozmoz AssetsHow is this going to help investors or even the stock?
We lost 78% of our money in 7 months and 99% in 7 years.
When Chalice fails (failed) to make any profits in its current businesses for over 7 years (the latest profit margin for Q3’s is MINUS 22%). How do you think they can fix or make any money from buying another struggling business that was a burden on the original owner, Ask the seller here is what Chalice bought into when it has no money for operations.
Just look at the financials & big debt.
