FIDUCIARY DUTY - stand up and demand it's delivered Time for a united retail shareholder front...
"at an arm's length" should not include small friendly alligator limbs
In my opinion, as a rather educated retail shareholder ( albeit a modest one ) of our public company, the accounting decisions and subsequent benefits to both Paradigm and of course EDT insiders appears ripe for both challenge and investigation.
The main problem. the decision to take a "no strings attached" 6.6M CAD payment from Baxter and turn it into a MASSIVE negative event for the quarter. This launched the beyond questionable spiral that recently took our share price to 15 cents CAD up in Toronto and consistently produces a slanderous social media program of "unknown origins"
The splitting of the 6.6M CAD into 108 tiny pieces provided the canvas for the still anonymous ( recipient not named ) 1.7M CAD charge that was applied as a ONE TIME charge to the smallest fraction of the 6.6M revenue from Baxter.
Given the persistent activity and lack of transperancy from the company, a call to their accountant in Oakville Ontario now seems a must to ask how the decision-maker and those "at or otherwise an arm's length" can benefit from highly discounted share generation on the back of consistent advancement both scientifically and financially.
The young executive's explanation as to the further delays in sharing news with US investers ( NO news shared in over 5 years ) would appear highly tied to decisions made that ultimately benefited both he and his former employer along with those insiders participating on the back of the diving share price.
The time has come to bond as common shareholders and bring justice to our ownership in our company. Canada might be a sloppy fiduciary sandbox for some, but we surely can call attention to all we've witnessed. Those that stand and those that choose to sit will go along way in determining exactly who is behind this rogue social media bullboard program.
Looking forward to standing with my fellow shareholders
Long EDT, long truth, fairness and the obligation of FIDUCIARY Duty
Merry Christmas and Merry applicable holidays to ALL other shareholders,
Tom
