RE:RE:This can't be good for sharesholdersDrangonfly capital say's in their PR that they will acquire ALL of Black Swan outstanding shares, When the transaction is complete, ALL Principle shareholder of Black Swan (Principle shareholder is- Mason Graphite, Thomas Swan & FAHAD AL TAMIMI) which owns 100% of Black Swan. After the transaction, the principle shareholders will have 80.4% of the NEW COMPANY.
This appears to me as a shell game, after the transaction anyone of the principle shareholders can sell there stake without disclouser, I'm thinking as they're an arms lenght away from management.
Again, this is a good way for Black Swan to raise money for a business that will consume cash in it's first few years of llife, which neither of the principle shareholders have or able to gather together, with the exception of Thomas Swan. Furthermore, Black Swan will be many years away from profittablity especially if the pursue the graphene/ concrete business.
Time will tell if this business will succeed. Which I think it will- Canacord Capital is the company behind the fairly new company DRAGONFLY CAPITAL. And Canacord Capital has the money to back this business venture for many years out.
