completely 2 different types of businesses/companies. Medv is a service test provider and is actually switching directions. Anyways, they buy the existing tests & do testing service. THRM is research and development, which takes time for approval thru gov. agencies, which, as per NR, gov. do change requirements as the industry/ enviroment has changed. Two different objectives from these two different companies. However, i'm sure you know that and just want to throw twist into the conversation.
