Also noticed the fact that they haven't yet submitted their answers to COMEX yet : "The Company is currently working on duly responding to those questions and fulfilling the undertakings set out in the COMEX's correspondence, which is part of the environmental and social inpact and assessment and review procedure."

A bit surprised that they still haven't submitted the new answers but not necessarily a bad thing as they should take the time necessary to answer them properly. I'm glad they provided clarity on the situation at least.

No provincial permit in 2021 sadly.

The reference provided is for the June 2021 comments which if you look up on COMEX's website CRE provided answers Sep 2021. What they do not say is that COMEX requested additional information in October 2021 and there is no further information if this was addressed. These new questions are not under the same tab (Environmental and Social Impact Assessment) as June’s questions on COMEX’s website, they are listed under the Documents produced by COMEX tab.
Regardless, I was pointing since the PP in November that permits won't be issued this year as time was needed to walk the price down. I don't expect anything before March 2022.
