Jeff - happy holidays to you and your family.

Fellow bag holders - 2022 should be a good year. First revenues from Sage Ranch ... 10 lots at 100k a piece.. doesn't take much for the first million. Ground breaking in Alberta Q1 and hopefully Montalva approval in 2022.

I hope to be around the same time next year and congratulating the longs on a big return.
