Insider Rights, Performance Share conversions hinting

Insider Rights, Performance Share conversions hinting I actually bought some Petroshale because all the insiders have been converting their Rights to physical shares, hinting that something or some deal is coming????? There is NO insider selling, Haywood has been sitting on the bid absorbing anything that shakes loose.

Also, From the Recapitalization agreementPursuant to the terms of the agreement, the exchange price of the all the issued and outstanding 75,000 Series A exchangeable preferred shares of PetroShale U.S. (the subsidiary preferred shares), which are held solely by First Reserve and are exchangeable into common voting shares in the capital of the company, has been amended from $2.40 per common share to 60 cents per common share and all subsidiary preferred shares having a current $86,495,555.57 (U.S.) liquidation preference outstanding have been exchanged for common shares.

If they roll this back its at .60 or higher IMO.
