RE:RE:RE:RE:a small holiday gift for us stockholders "Is there a chance that the Serbian government is deliberately delaying approvals hoping that EV will give up and walk away, any thoughts on this?
The answer to your question is No.
To my knowledge our Mgmt team has a good working relationship with the Serbian Mining Ministry, and has now for several decades.
Specifically EV's has always met expectations & obligations with regards to drilling the Piskanja property on time and within their budget.
Keep in mind all our employees at Balkan Gold are Serbian residents and all our drilling performed during the last 25 years has been performed by Serbian drill companies. We definitely support the local economy by creating jobs and
hiring local contractors.
FYI, since our partnership with Temas has occurred, the Ministry has had meetings with our Team, and the Ministry supports our proposal to develop the Piskanja mine and create mining jobs.
Lastly, the Canadian Embassy in Serbia has a tight relationship with Serbia. I foresee no problems occurring at Piskanja.
DId you know that EV's and Temas will probably be the first mining company to be granted a mining license under the new mining laws probably in Q-4 2022.
Have a Happy New Year and be Safe.
