RE:Happy Holidays Champion Shareholders Hi LabradorTwin,
Stock price a year from now, conservatively between $10 - $15 AUD
In three years time - no idea but hopefully well north of $15 AUD
Dividends - looks like profits for this quarter will be split between dividends and growth - I'm guessing 5 - 6c AUD this Q for dividends.
When in full swing with Phase 2 - I multiply my holding by $1 AUD (conservative yearly dividend) and $2 AUD (optimistic). For the next 12 months I expect to see a continuation of the split, so maybe half.
I still don't discount the potential sale of CIA to a bigger player (MOK's modus operandi) but it would have to be friendly and I definitely can't see it happening below replacement cost (circa $6B AUD) with a premium (40%?) on top of that = Approx $17 AUD a share.
The longer our story plays out the less conviced I am that we will sell.....which isn't a bad thing!
All the best,
Thumb
