Permitting

PermittingThe assertion on Dec. 26: "@PoshSpice Its boxing day so if anyone wants to box then knock yourself out . Oxides are running out, no fresh permit because they are in a protected water reserve and need a P1 permit that will take another 2 yrs if they get it at all because the waste is acid generating ("which is not going to be a problem") and the ore is below the groundwater level with Nulligine nearby("not a problem"). The fresh strip goes to as high as 11:1 and will not be economic because I said so, and I can count, and Golden Eagle is refractory which will result in poor recuperation which they already know but what else are they going to put in the mill after oxides are gone in Q1? I think that about sums it up. Happy New Year. Posh, David, and the kids."

The response from QH on Dec. 27: "
@WisGuy1  Quinton Hennigh 1:10 PM (6 minutes ago) There is nothing we have encountered yet that says we will not get the permit. All prerequisite studies are done and no significant issues have been identified. There appears to be no hydrologic connection between BC and the town’s water supplies. The permits are currently working their way through the regulatory channels right now."
