RE:Wonder what's going on with ADK's trading.....STARJ....An elderly man who followed religiously the stock-market, however only trading U.S. shares, mentioned to me that the stock-market is the biggest mafia organization in the world. MINORITY shareholders have no protection, no recourse whatsoever against any stituation affecting/deteriorating the share price, unless and only if they can demonstrate that a fraud has been committed. In which case, IIROC and other incompetent regulatory parties would ask shareholders to take action with police forces. One of the major problem affecting the stock-market is to allow the trading of shares under $1. Very often, these companies are basically operating without sufficient cash, swamped with debts, unable to execute a financing without causing a serious dilution, on the brink of becoming delisted, having a highly speculative future as a going concern. If governments were consciencious, they would instruct all securities commissions to enforce a cease trade order of these companies, requiring them to submit a financial report to explain why their companies' shares are trading below $1? When such financial report would demonstrate that a company is basically "worthless of trading", it would then be required to be sold or merged always by keeping the shares halted until a final process of sale or merger happens. DIAGNOS is no exception of a penny-stock manipulation. I, clearly, wouldn't dig any more money in this stock unless it becomes clearly profitable, above $1.
