From the news release reporting on the latest dilution....."The proceeds from this private placement will be used to fund a winter drilling program on the Company's Separation Rapids Lithium Project and for general working capital purposes.
  

So is there a REAL drilling program? With REAL rigs? With a REAL contract?
 

Phony LOI's don't count..sorry.

 So is there a contract?
Or just another sham "announcement" to get you to the next dilution?
