Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. The Company operates through five business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission and Midstream, Gas Distribution and Storage, Renewable Power Generation, and Energy Services. What is the thermal imaging supposed to be evidencing?

Interesting that the Department of Transportation apparantly pierced an aquifer that they couldn't fix and Minnesota didn't collapse in on itself.
